Mi piace cucinare ogni genere di cose ma alla fine quando voglio rilassarmi impasto. Di solito pane, di tutti i tipi e forme. Mi pace vederlo lievitare e sentire il profumo che ha, da crudo e mentre cuoce.
Di solito impasto a occhio fino ad avere la consistenza voluta dell'impasto e poi ricavo le dosi a posteriori per poterle ricordare e raccontare a chi me le chiede.
Anche questo pane è nato così.
E la goduria massima è stata mangiarlo con un uovo al tegamino con tartufo abbondante. Semplice e gustoso.
450 g acqua
1 cucchiaio olio extravergine
4 cucchiai semi di canapa decorticati
150 g lievito madre solido (oppure 100 g farina, 50 g acqua, mezzo cucchiaino lievito di birra secco, far lievitare 6 ore).
Dividere in 4, dare la forma e mettere a lievitare su carta forno bagnata in teglie singole.
Infornare e cuocere a 180°C un'ora se è una forma unica oppure 30/40 minuti se sono 4 pagnottelle. Controllare la cottura bussando sul fondo del pane, se suona vuoto è pronto.
